Defects:
At Containers Aquatics, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If your container fails to meet the conditions of sale as stated on the tax invoice, we offer the following options to rectify the issue:
- Onsite Repair
- Off-site Repair
- Swap the Container
To initiate the process, the Customer must inspect the container on delivery and notify Containers Aquatics of any alleged defect, damage, shortage, or failure to comply with the description within seven (7) days. The Customer must provide photographs where applicable. We require an opportunity to inspect the container within a reasonable time following notification. If these provisions are not met, the container is presumed to be free from defects or damage.
Repair on any defects is conditional on the repair being required due to negligence on our behalf prior to the container leaving our yard. It will not be considered if a second party has caused damage through human error, accident, or an “act of god.”
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return a container from the date of receipt if you’ve changed your mind about your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the container must be unused, empty, and in the same condition as received. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
A refund will be issued under the following process and conditions:
Once we receive your container, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.
After inspecting the item, we will inform you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
